CANCELLATION POLICIES ARE AS FOLLOWS:


AIRPORT TRANSFERS

THE FULL FARE Will be charged for cancellations IF:

1) Canceled less than 6 hours prior to your pick-up time

2) Client fails to be at the designated pick-up location (no-show).

ALL OTHER RESERVATIONS

THE FULL FARE will be charged for cancellations IF:

1) Canceled less than 24 hours prior to your pick-up time

2) The Client fails to be at the designated pick-up location (no-show).

3) The Client fails to correctly cancel our services.


If our company shows up at the designated pick-up location and another companies vehicles are present, you will be charged for our service. You must call us to cancel your reservation.

DO NOT assume that your reservation is canceled, you must contact us, 

otherwise, we will show up.

PROMS
